The heart, or fuselage you might say, of Air Traffic Control is how we understand engagement data. Every time someone opens an email ATC considers the subject line. If they engage with an email, ATC looks at the body copy of that email. If they click a link or otherwise visit a webpage, ATC reads that page in order to better understand what a person’s interests are. The more engagement history, the better ATC understands what to share with each of your contacts.

LinkedIn is where your market is sharing their interests. When you enrich a contact with LinkedIn data, ATC analyzes their profile and posts from the last 90 days to help you better understand what they are looking for. That means that even for “cold” prospects, you can have a rich set of insights to ensure you’re relevant from day 1.

No problem. You might have a big new audience you don’t know very well or perhaps a dormant list of contacts who you want to know better to improve your relevancy. Each additional contact you enrich is $0.25 that your card will be charged at the end of each month.

Included in every subscription is a ranking of every topic in your universe that lets you know how many people are interested in each of those topics and how well your content covers those topics. ATC’s topic reports go a layer deeper to tell you what your competitors have written about the topic, recent topical news results, top organic search results, “People also ask,” and more so that you can go from knowing what to write about next to completing your desk research in seconds.

ATC updates recommendations for all your contacts every day, but that doesn’t count against your credits. A personalization credit is any time ATC has recommended content for a contact and that contact has clicked on the recommended content.

That’s great! If you’re finding that personalization is working so well you need to expand your use, there’s nothing you need to do. Each month if you go over your credits it’s a simple charge of $0.02 each time. We’ll just bill your credit card on file.

These are the “big” topics in your market. So, for ATC, we include things like “marketing personalization” and “email personalization.” A company that sells to SaaS CFOs might include “US economy” or “FP&A.” Each topic tracked will enrich your ATC account with every news item about those topics from nearly 50,000 different news sources.

Industry news serves two big opportunities. First, it means that you will know what topics are trending in your market so you can stay relevant with your customers. That content is also available for you to syndicate in your own marketing efforts. You might want to add some personalized industry news to customer newsletters or even an industry news hub on your website.
